We trust that you have had a great start to the new year. It's already February and I haven't had a chance to update our blog as we have been rather occupied. These past two months have been full of special people. Let us share through pictures with you a little that has been happening in our lives.....
Before we begin though we would like to greet you a belated Merry Christmas.
Christmas Eve Barbeque with other FMS staff, students and friends from NZ. Yes the Taylor family made it to the Philippines and were here for a month. A wonderful time for all of us.
Jonathan turned 20yrs old Dec 28........So we loaded up a jeepney and took off to our favourite swimming park "Leisure Coast"for the day.
In January we were blessed with a very enthusiastic outreach team from the Knox Presbyterian Church Waitara NZ ...they involved themselves with a myraid of ministries including youth and children's work and they even painted a church....do you see the bright blue building above!
I will try and post a picture of the team in a few days.
Jonathan left us last Jan 25 and flew to London where he has taken up his four week training with Steiner. This is a company that will place him on a cruise ship somewhere in the world as a Personal Trainer! Of course he is very excited about this.
Joanna is back in school after a two week Christmas vacation.
This past Jan 30 she turned 16years old.
Mel & I are off this weekend to a place that has been on our hearts for a while now...please continue to pray for us and that the Lord will speak to us clearly.
